Explanation

You apply for this program with detailed explanation on who your clan is, how it works and why do you think you would benefit from our friendship. If your clan is picked you are obliged to provide us with places to operate from, repair etc. This does not mean you are immune to be ganked by us but your holding/station and your alies around it will be safe from our raids and we will provide a certain aspect of protection or attraction depending on your needs.

This is NOT alliance contract by any means but simply a friendly relations position with us but even when we do not require your services we might be less likely to attack you if we are satisfied with you.
